"Perfect location. The front door of the hotel may not be easy to find in a second, but still able to manage it. Even if you have a late flight and check-in late, there are still some food available around the hotel. Perfect location to the city centre Serdica by walking. The room inside is new, clean and cozy. A television with Youtube and Netflix. However, there are some insects (like spiders) in the room, maybe not the hotel’s fault, just because the building is old and was renewed. Perfect price, may book the same hotel again if come again next time."

"A lot to love but some big problems too. Amazing location, great big room, and very easy check-in. Love that there's a sofa in the room and a fridge. Problems: - A/C (Or a pump of some sort) extremely loud from 6am in our room (3) and made sleeping impossible, extremely annoying. It lasted hours. - Bathroom had a bad smell like sewage, constantly. - No shower curtain turned the bathroom into a lake every time we showered, even when trying to be careful."

"Really happy with our stay here - the location is good with everything in walking distance but nice and quiet in the area. Our room was large and well-equipped, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again, especially for the price"

"Large comfortable room which could have been better maintained. Better to choose the West facing room during winter as pollution much higher from the Northeast. Staff very friendly and attentive. Could have invested in 300m asphalt road on exit of hotel for airport shuttle to reach the main road , bumps in rough off road at present are quite awakening"

"Bu otel gerçekten harikaydı. Bana sunduğu her şey için çok minnettarım. Dün akşam, hemen yakınında tam üç süpermarket olduğunu fark ettim. Hatta ayrılırken dışarıdan bir fotoğrafını bile çektim. Gerçekten çok teşekkürler. Otelin hemen dışında bir tramvay durağı var ve tramvayla otobüs durağına gitmek de oldukça kolaydı."

"Merkeze sadece birkaç adım mesafede harika bir otel. Otelde bir bar (her akşam eğlence), yemek alanı ve bir sanat galerisi bulunuyor. Personel nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Oda genişti ve her türlü konforla donatılmıştı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim; daha iyi bir konum seçemezdik! Harika!"

"Merkez otobüs terminalinden ulaşmak için çimenlik bir alandan yürümeniz gerekiyor. Konum çok uzak değil, ancak Sofya'nın şehir manzarası gerçekten bakımsız! Oda temiz ve düzenliydi ve dekoru güzeldi. Çok büyük değildi, hatta küçük bir küveti bile vardı. ^_^ Resepsiyon hizmeti de fena değildi, ancak bagajımı teslim ettiğimde iki resepsiyon görevlisi yoktu. Neyse ki bir iletişim numarası bıraktım ve birkaç dakika içinde geri döndüler."

Bana göre bir kusur, yapının iç sıcaklığıydı, ama hepsinden önemlisi, 13°'lik iklime rağmen soğumanın imkansız olduğu odalar."
